- London Airport Transfer request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any online bookings. For your peace of mind our drivers wait outside the pick up point 10 minutes before the proposed pickup time at no extra expense to you.
- Our dedicated team will monitor each flights arrival time so that you do not carry the extra expense of waiting time.
- Our driver enters the airport 20 minutes after flight landed and we are waiting for you at the meeting point They will be holding a board with your name on it.
- Our luxurious vehicles are always in immaculate condition. Our experienced chauffeurs are carefully chosen for their driving skills and extensive route knowledge. All vehicles are air-conditioned, non-smoking and fully insured.
- Credit card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge, minimum £4 up to £100.- Booking, £5.00 for bookings over £100.00.
- Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- A booking is cancelled by the Customer within 48 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be refundable.

- A booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all monies paid will be refundable.
- The customer no shows on time and places at the pick up point, all money paid will not be refundable.
